ABOUT JESSICA
For many years, my body felt foreign. It was as if I couldn’t speak the same language and lacked clarity on how to help myself feel better. I attempted to implement many of the popular wellness practices, eat the “perfect diet,” and exercise rigorously. I was disheartened to discover that what worked for others didn’t work for me. Over the years, I pieced together the puzzle of understanding the root cause of my symptoms and learned that achieving health is deeply personal.
n’t an endpoint but is instead a journey of riding the waves of ups and downs with awareness and compassion. I see the goal of health as reconnecting to our True Nature and remembering our innate intelligence to come home to ourselves.
During a particularly challenging health chapter when I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I decided to pivot careers out of the world of luxury fashion and into the health field. My priorities shifted, realizing that I wanted to dedicate my energy to helping others gain the answers and support they sought, just as I needed. As a stepping stone, I worked for a popular supplement company and educated sales associates and clients on the supplements. These conversations naturally invited people to share their health stories, and I began to see a pattern across thousands of people–there was an epidemic of feeling inexplicably unwell. It was clear that people were looking for answers but unsure where to turn. This experience catalyzed me to become an integrative and functional healthcare practitioner and study biology, physiology, and the energetic body to inform my unique approach to helping empower women to understand their bodies and regain their health.
I received my Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity at the University of Southern California and became licensed as a registered dietitian shortly after. With a deep interest in the application of therapeutic nutrition for chronic disease management and treatment, I worked under one of the world’s leading researchers in nutrition, Dr. Valter Longo, managing his non-profit clinic, the Create Cures Foundation. While working at the clinic, I implemented his cutting-edge research and his colleagues' research directly into clinical practice. Building on my education and nutrition experience, I am currently completing the Institute of Functional Medicine’s Practitioner Certification Training to deepen my understanding of how a root-cause approach can illuminate the path forward.
Complementing my interest in nutrition, I am a certified Pilates instructor and weave functional movement into my work with clients. I received her comprehensive Pilates certification through Ellie Herman Pilates in Brooklyn, New York, followed by advanced training with Erika Bloom in pre/post-natal, diastasis, and scoliosis. I lead clients through personalized sessions to restore balance in the body, alleviate pain, and build strength.
The most pivotal shift in my personal healing journey occurred when I found Reiki. It was unlike anything I had experienced before and, in many ways, felt like exactly what I needed at just the right time. Reiki is a Japanese healing modality with a foundational philosophy that each person is whole as they are, and the body's wisdom will restore balance and health. I’ve felt a strong affinity for the practice and the philosophy and became a Master Reiki Practitioner under the guidance of my teacher Lara Elliott in Ojai, California.
TESTIMONIALS
-
"Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her approach. She goes above and beyond to ensure you understand your symptoms and share research that is customized to you. It makes everything she does very intentional (I.e I’m not taking supplements just to take supplements). She’s also such a kind human - I look forward to our weekly meetings and I’m very grateful that I have her as a lifelong resource to better my body."

"I’ve always been interested in diet and have worked with several different nutritionists over the years and have never been very impressed. Jessica blew me away in my first appointment. She listened and validated my concerns, she felt nourishing, and had super helpful suggestions. I felt like a statistic with all my other providers. Jessica made me feel like a person. She was my go-to trusted advisor through all my treatments. She reviewed all my labs and got me through chemo with incredibly helpful suggestions for my body and mind. I am so thankful for the opportunity to connect with the best nutritionist ever. She truly helped me survive and get back on the path of thriving again."

"My piriformis muscle was hurting for days. Yesterday I had PT and she worked on it, but it was still uncomfy. I noticed when I walked to my car after our session — the pain was fully gone!"
